Villa Riedhof is a country house near Wolfratshausen that has been extensively renovated in recent years, with excellent connections to bus and S-Bahn services – just about 40 minutes from the center of Munich. It consists of a spacious main house, a charming guest apartment, and a very well-maintained, extensive garden with a large natural pool (for the main house and guest apartment) and separate barbecue and terrace areas.
Both units are rented out individually or together (when available), but are completely separate from each other and have their own terrace, barbecue, and garden areas.
Villa Riedhof is situated between Munich, Lake Starnberg, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Lake Tegernsee, making it an ideal gateway to the Bavarian Uplands. The rivers Loisach and Isar, famous for their rafting trips, are just a few kilometers away.
A large number of supermarkets and shops as well as many cozy restaurants and beer gardens are located in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Garmisch and Brauneck invite you to wonderful ski tours.
Villa Riedhof is in a completely secluded location – surrounded by a spacious garden, a large meadow, and the forest behind it.

The main house is equipped with 5 double bedrooms, 1 triple room, 1 bunk room (4 beds), a very large, high-quality kitchen with a dining table for up to 12 people, additional living rooms (with Smart TVs), 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a sauna (with steam function), making it well-suited for larger groups. A two-sided fireplace provides cozy hours at the dining table and in the library. On the spacious west terrace, wonderful sunsets, a large covered dining table with a grill and fire pit, and lounge chairs invite you to linger. The large natural pool is available to both units.

On the east terrace with a dining table, grill, and lounge chairs, you can enjoy delightful sunny hours close to the natural pool. This pool is available to both units.
The outdoor area
The extensive outdoor area of Villa Riedhof consists of a south-facing, well-maintained, fenced garden with many plants, perennials, and a large lawn area. Here, everyone finds ample space for relaxing hours in the sun. A highlight in the garden is certainly the large natural pool, which, thanks to its planting, operates completely without chemicals and is ideally suited for swimming with its dimensions of 11 by 4 meters. The pool is available to both units.
Outside the fenced area is a large meadow that also belongs to the property. Behind Villa Riedhof are forests and the famous "Riedhof" golf club.
